Placing an order with Whimsy Crochet NZ is simple. Choose your favourite design online and I’ll craft your piece from scratch right here in New Zealand. If you have a custom idea, just reach out before you order. I use secure payment options and offer nationwide tracked delivery for all handmade crochet items.
FAQs-Order time frames
Each piece is handmade when you order. Most items are sent out in five to seven days, but custom crochet may take a little longer.

I make hats and accessories for all ages. If you need a special colour, just let me know when you get in touch.

You can pay safely by bank transfer or Stripe. All prices are upfront so you know exactly what you’ll pay. With Afterpay available, payments are even easier!
FAQs-materials and care
All Whimsy Crochet NZ products use soft, sturdy yarn that’s gentle for adults and kids. Wash your handmade crochet by hand with cool water and mild soap, then lay flat to dry. I do send care instructions with each item but if you need more advice or have questions about materials, please contact me.
